Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is extremely important. Everything in Bungalow42 is sold with a money-back guarantee. Please feel free to email connie@bungalow42.com with comments, questions or any problems. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email IMMEDIATELY and state what the problem is. If I cannot resolve it to your satisfaction, I will refund your purchase cost, if the product is returned in its ORIGINAL undamaged condition within 10 days after you have received it. Regrettably I cannot refund shipping costs. 

No returns are accepted unless it is authorized by email request.

Once the returned item is received, reimbursement will be issued as a PayPal or credit card refund.

No refunds are given for lost or stolen packages by mail domestic or international. It is strongly advised that the customer requests and pays for the insurance for their order.

 

Shipping

Bungalow42 ships via USPS First Class with “Delivery Confirmation” within three days after receiving payment.

I will always send an email letting you know when your items are being shipped.
